You have told us you don't want to have to tell your story every time you see a different doctor, nurse or visit hospital or A&E; this can be stressful and takes a long time. The reason you've had to do this up until now is because every health and social care organisation holds a different set of records about you.

The Local Shared Care Record securely connects different medical and care computer systems together. How it works>>

The Department of Health is currently running a campaign to encourage young people aged between 15 and 24 to have a chlamydia screening test. This involves a simple test which patients can do for themselves.

Please telephone the surgery for more information. You do not need to be registered with us to have this free test done.

We would like your feedback on the care or treatment we give when you visit your GP or have contact with the practice. Take a few minutes to complete our online questionnaire.
